Introduction

In the New Testament, the kingdom of Alohiym is a central concept for understanding YHWShA's (Jesus) mission and teachings. It represents a transformative shift in the world, signifying Alohiym's (God) reign and believers' participation in His divine council. Let's explore the significance and implications of the kingdom of Alohiym.

A Present Reality

The kingdom of Alohiym is not just a future hope; it is already a present reality. John the Baptist boldly announced its arrival, introducing YHWShA as its king. Through his preaching and actions, YHWShA showed what life in Alohiym's perfect world could be like - a world without sickness, weakness, or demonic opposition.

The Kingdom's Transformative Shift

With the coming of YHWShA, the Son of Man, the rule of darkness begins to fade, and Alohiym's reclamation of the nations governed by other gods begins as referenced in Psalms 82.

In Psalm 82, it is written that Alohiym stands in the congregation of the mighty, judging among the gods. He calls on the unjust judges to defend the poor and fatherless, to do justice to the afflicted and needy, and to deliver them from the hand of the wicked. The psalm also highlights the ignorance and darkness of those who do not understand, stating that they walk on in darkness and that the foundations of the earth are out of course. Yet, despite their temporary authority, they will eventually die like men and fall like princes. Therefore, the psalm concludes with a plea for Alohiym to arise and judge the earth, for He shall inherit all nations.

The kingdom of Alohiym represents a new era, inviting believers to participate and experience the transformative power of Alohiym's reign.

Living as Citizens of the Kingdom

As citizens of the kingdom, believers are called to align themselves with Alohiym's purposes and values. It is a call to embrace a new way of life that reflects Alohiym's righteousness, justice, and compassion. Through our actions and attitudes, we embody the values of the kingdom and eagerly anticipate its ultimate fulfillment.

The Kingdom's Full Realization

While the kingdom of Alohiym is already a present reality, its complete fulfillment awaits a future time. YHWShA inaugurated its existence, but its ultimate manifestation is yet to come. The New Testament provides narratives, teachings, and letters that guide us in understanding the nature and implications of the kingdom of Alohiym.

Isaiah 11:1-10
"A shoot shall come out from the stock of Jesse, and a branch shall grow out of his roots. The Spirit of Alohiym shall rest on him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of Alohiym. His delight shall be in the fear of Alohiym. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide by what his ears hear; but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt around his waist, and faithfulness the belt around his loins. The wolf shall live with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze, their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play over the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put its hand on the adder’s den. They will not hurt or destroy on all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of Alohiym as the waters cover the sea. On that day the root of Jesse shall stand as a signal to the peoples; the nations shall inquire of him, and his dwelling shall be glorious."

Conclusion

The kingdom of Alohiym signifies a significant change in perspective and understanding. It represents a transformative shift in the world, bringing about a new way of thinking and experiencing life. It is both a present reality and a future hope. Through YHWShA's coming, believers are invited to participate in the kingdom, ruling alongside him as the holy ones of Alohiym's council. While we await its full realization, we are called to live as citizens of the kingdom, embodying its values and eagerly anticipating its ultimate fulfillment.
